Biblical Diet 3: 1 Cor. 8 / Col. 1 & 2

Today’s Teaching

In today’s teaching we examine 1 Cor. 8 plus Colossians chapters 1 & 2. First we noted that Chapter 8 is on the topic of food sacrificed to idols, and has no bearing on the question of overall diet. The first two chapters of Colossians highlight that the Body of Mashiyach is the Kehilah (congregation) — and then we carried the conversation from there.

Biblical Diet (Pt 2)

Today’s Teaching

In today’s teaching we looked into Acts 10 and 11. After testimonies and prayer, we opened with a song and then got into some lively discussion. The audio link above is in mixed Hebrew and English. Feel free to read along in those entire chapters, with emphasis on Acts 10:17, 28, and 11:18.

This week’s reading assignment, to prepare for next week, is 1 Corinthians 8, and Colossians chapters 1 and 2.

Biblical Diet (Pt 1)

Today’s Teaching

In this week’s study we take a look at Biblical diet beginning with 1 Timothy Chapter 4, continuing with a contrast of Mark 7:19 with Matthew 15:20, and concluding with Matthew 5:17-19.

The study takes place in Hebrew and English and meets in a private home in Israel.  We use a free format and everyone is welcome to add their thoughts. Thanks for listening!

After this teaching, listeners are invited to read Acts 10 and Leviticus (Vayikra) 11 to prepare for the next session.
